Triton ULTRA integrates with Rhombus through Triton Cloud, adding supported vape and safety alerts as seek-points on associated camera timelines in the Rhombus Console. Staff can jump from a sensor event to the corresponding moment in camera footage, helping them investigate activity near a restroom or locker room entrance.
ULTRA monitors the private space while a nearby camera provides context outside it. Connecting the two gives staff a clearer starting point for reviewing an incident, without installing a camera inside the bathroom.
Triton Cloud + Rhombus
How it works: Enable the Triton integration in Rhombus and generate its webhook URL. In Triton Cloud, open Integrations > Rhombus, save the supported triggers you want to send, and enter the webhook URL.
Camera association: Map each Triton Device ID to the appropriate camera in Rhombus. Mapping happens in the Rhombus Console, so the alert seek-point appears on the timeline of the camera your team has selected.
Supported alerts: Vape, THC, Masking, CO, CO2, VOC, Aggression, Gunshot, Help, Tamper, and Triton Keyword Assist custom keywords. Other alert types are not supported by this integration.
Review the right moment in camera footage
When a supported alert is sent, staff can open the mapped camera and use the timeline seek-point to review that moment. This reduces the work of matching a separate sensor notification to the correct camera and timestamp.
Before you start: Have access to Triton Cloud and the Rhombus Console, your webhook URL, and the Triton Device IDs. Finish setup by running a test for a mapped sensor and checking that its seek-point appears in Rhombus.
