Zenitel Connect Pro

Triton ULTRA connects sensor detections to Zenitel Connect Pro, allowing configured events to trigger announcements or calls to a security console. An audio response can address the location while staff assess the situation and arrange an in-person response.

For example, a vaping event can start a recorded reminder, while another configured event can initiate a call to the security console. The integration gives staff a way to respond through the building’s communication system as well as dispatching someone to the room.

Triton ULTRA + Zenitel Connect Pro

How it works: ULTRA sends an HTTP webhook or TCP notification to the Zenitel environment. Node-RED flows running on Connect Pro process the message and invoke the communication actions configured for that event.

Choose the response: Configure the flows for the installed Zenitel equipment and the behavior your team wants, such as a prerecorded announcement or a call to the security console.

System requirements: Zenitel’s documented workflow requires Connect Pro, an integration license, and Node-RED running on the system. The integration is configured through those flows rather than as a standalone connection directly to a speaker.

An announcement can provide an initial response while staff are on their way, and a console call can bring an operator into the process. Your response procedures determine the message, who receives the call, and when staff should attend in person.
