Triton ULTRA connects to OpenEye Web Services through direct HTTP events or OpenEye’s native Triton Sensor integration with Triton Cloud. Staff can review sensor alerts with associated cameras and receive mobile push notifications when away from a workstation.
A sensor detection gives responders a reason to check a location, while the nearby camera helps them understand activity around it. Bringing both into OWS lets staff investigate through the video and notification tools they already use.

Direct connection from Triton ULTRA
How it works: ULTRA sends HTTP events to an External Events alert rule in OWS. The rule determines how the event is handled, and this connection does not require Triton Cloud.
Notifications: Configure the relevant alert rules and OpenEye mobile push notifications for the staff responsible for responding.
Triton Cloud + OpenEye Web Services
Connect the systems: Enable the native Triton Sensor integration in OWS and generate its Access Key and Secret Key. Enter those keys in Triton Cloud to authorize event delivery.
Camera association: Map sensors to cameras under Sensors / Camera Mapping inside the Triton integration in OpenEye. This mapping is configured in OWS.
Alert workflow: Create Environmental alert rules for the sensors and event types your team wants to monitor. The camera associations give staff a relevant view when investigating an alert.
Verify the response from the desk or phone
Camera context helps operators review what happened near the sensor, while mobile notifications keep responders informed when moving around the building.
