Triton ULTRA brings sensor alerts into the IQSIGHT BVMS Alarm List, with associated cameras and event details in the logbook. An optional live occupancy dashboard gives operators additional room context alongside their camera feeds.
When a sensor alerts inside a private space, staff can identify the location and review the camera covering its entrance. The occupancy view helps them assess conditions before entering, while the alarm and logbook provide a starting point for later investigation.

Direct connection to IQSIGHT BVMS
How it works: Triton ULTRA sends HTTPS requests to the BVMS Server API, which must be enabled on the Management Server. Virtual Inputs connect the sensor messages to configured alarms. This direct connection does not require Triton Cloud.
Camera association: Associate each Virtual Input alarm with the camera covering the sensor’s location. This gives the operator a relevant camera view when reviewing the alert.
Event information: Configure BVMS to receive the sensor’s textData so the event information appears in the logbook. Staff can use the event type and timestamp when reviewing available recordings.
View occupancy and investigate activity
Add ULTRA’s RTSP occupancy dashboard through the Video Streaming Gateway (VSG) to display room activity alongside your cameras. This view can support routine monitoring as well as assessment during an alert.
Before you start: Confirm that the Server API is available, configure the Virtual Inputs and camera associations, and enable the sensor events you want to send. Test an event in Operator Client and check both the Alarm List and logbook. Recording and retention settings determine the footage available afterward.
