How it works: Triton ULTRA connects to Security Center through Genetec's Industrial IoT plugin. Once it's set up, every Triton event shows up in Genetec automatically and in real time, right alongside your cameras and access control.

Alert workflow & camera association: Once configured, your team links each Triton sensor to nearby cameras directly in Genetec Config Tool using the Linked Cameras feature. When an alert fires, the associated video pops up instantly, giving operators visual context on the hallway or entry point right outside the private space, without ever needing a camera inside it.

Security Center SaaS

The fit: You've moved to Security Center SaaS specifically to get away from maintaining on-prem servers and plugins. This path respects that decision completely: no local server, no plugin license, nothing extra to patch or maintain. You add Triton the same way you'd add any other cloud-managed device.

How it works: Triton ULTRA connects directly to Security Center SaaS as a cloud-managed device, no extra hardware or software required. You enable the connection on the sensor, then add it in the Security Center SaaS console.

Alert workflow & camera association: The sensor is managed and associated with your site the same way any Security Center SaaS device is: through the Configuration app, no separate console.

Triton Cloud + Genetec (with Evidence Room)

The fit: This is the integration for teams who want more than an alert. They want the story around it. Triton Cloud pushes events into Security Center as native alarms just like the on-prem path, but it also pulls the relevant camera footage into Evidence Room, so when an administrator reviews a vape or aggression event, the actual video sits right next to it. You get the full picture in one place instead of cross-referencing two systems after the fact.

How it works: Triton Cloud sends events to Security Center through Genetec's Industrial IoT plugin, the same way the on-prem integration does. It also pulls in footage from nearby cameras.

Alert workflow & camera association: Cameras are linked to Triton devices inside the Industrial IoT plugin configuration in Genetec, and Evidence Room correlates that footage to the event by timestamp, so reviewing an incident means pulling up one record, not stitching together two systems.
