Triton ULTRA connects directly to Genea over HTTP, bringing sensor events and device status into the same platform as door and credential activity. Staff can view detections in activity logs, locate sensors on floor plans, and receive configured alarm notifications.

Sensor events add context from rooms where cameras may not be appropriate. Reviewing them alongside access activity helps staff understand where and when something happened, then use those timestamps to follow up with other records or video.

Triton ULTRA + Genea

How it works: ULTRA sends configured event messages and heartbeat data to Genea. The integration uses the sensor identity and event identifiers to update status, record events, and generate configured alarms.

Event information: Activity logs include the timestamp, sensor name, event type and value, and sensor readings captured at that time. Supported event examples include vaping, THC, loitering, aggression, and environmental thresholds.

Alerts and location: Place sensors on a facility floor plan and configure alarms and browser push notifications in Genea’s Alarm Management. Heartbeat data helps show whether the sensor is online.

Give staff context for the response

Floor-plan placement helps operators identify the affected room, while the activity log preserves the sensor information for follow-up. Your team chooses which events need an immediate notification and which can be reviewed through the log.
