Creating an Account on the Triton Sync Dashboard

[Attention: Trtion Sync/Triton Cloud Triton’s Cloud management platform and requires an active Triton Cloud subscription. If you did not purchase a Triton Cloud subscription with your Triton ULTRA sensor, you need to follow the Triton ULTRA setup guide]

This guide will walk you through the process of creating an account on the Triton Sync Dashboard.

Go to the Triton Sync Dashboard website at https://sync.tritonsensors.com.

Click on the “Sign Up For an Account” button.

Enter your name, email address, and the name of your school or school district.

Complete the reCaptcha verification to confirm that you’re not a robot.

Read and accept the terms of service, then click on the “Accept terms and submit” button.

You will receive an email with activation information. Open the email and click on the “Activate Account” link.

After your account has been activated, you will receive another email with your login information and a temporary password. Go back to the Triton Sync Dashboard login screen and enter the temporary password to log in for the first time.

After logging in, you’ll be prompted to select an account type. Choose either “School” or “School District”. A School District Account is for districts that intend to install these devices across multiple schools, while a school account will have to be set up for each individual school in the district. Note that only “School” accounts can register devices, while “School District” accounts can only view devices associated with their schools. On this screen, you will also need to accept the terms of service and privacy policy.

Click “Get Started” to begin using your account.

After logging in for the first time, navigate to the “My Profile” tab on the left-hand navigation bar. Here, you can add your phone number to receive text message alerts and change your password.
