WHAT THE LAW CALLS FOR
Act 908 covers more than installation. Your rollout also needs signs, recording retention, website notice before destruction, and controlled access.
Install audio recording devices in each locker room and changing room covered by the law.
Place conspicuous signs and plan the required website notice before recordings are destroyed.
Retain recordings for at least 90 days and no longer than 12 months unless preserved as evidence. Handle access under the law.
MEET TRITON ULTRA
Triton ULTRA helps schools plan for required audio recording while supporting alerts for safety events in sensitive spaces. In a demo, we’ll walk through device placement, recording and retention options, access controls, and the steps your team will own.
